At Get in Trip, we strive to provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your bookings. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be processed.


Cancellation by the Customer

  1. Tour Packages:
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date will be eligible for a 100% refund (excluding service charges).
    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Hotel Bookings:
    • Refunds for hotel bookings depend on the cancellation policies of the respective hotel. Please check the terms at the time of booking.
  3. Activities & Add-ons:
    • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the activity date are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Get in Trip

If Get in Trip cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid or an option to reschedule at no additional cost.


No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Special promotions, last-minute bookings, and certain discounted packages are non-refundable. Please check the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
